Finn Drouet Majlergaard, 42, is the Managing Partner and founder of Gugin international business development. He has 20+ years of experience as global business developer and management consultant in companies like IBM, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (AABC) and CSC. With AABC and CSC he had the responsibility of forming and growing the consulting divisions targeted towards the financial services industry and with CSC he was appointed as EMEA director of the eBusiness division with the responsibility to streamline services and offerings across the region.

His Idea with Gugin was to create a consulting firm based on strong professional and ethical values combined with innovation and research. This is why Gugin today has state of the art solutions on post merger integration, cross cultural team effectiveness and internationalisation.

Finn holds an MBA from Henley Management College, UK and he is currently doing a doctorate at International School of Management in Paris, New York, Shanghai and Tokyo. The subject of his thesis is key performance indicators for global operating companies. He speaks English, French and Danish fluently and he has worked in more than 30 countries around the globe.

He teaches at business schols and universities around the world on cross-cultural management, post merger integration and international business development.
